Returns & Exchanges:

Customised order products are not eligible for return or exchange. If you encounter any defects or issues with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and we will promptly address the problem.

Alterations:

– Requests for alterations must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.

– One free alteration is allowed per order; any further alterations will be subject to an additional fee.

How to Report an Issue:

To report an issue, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp with a detailed description of your concern. Our team is available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM (excluding holidays and weekends). Please allow 2-4 hours for a response to your WhatsApp messages during working hours. Alternatively, you can email us at info@azelladesigns.com. Please allow 48-72 hours for email responses.
